Turkish baths have a rich history dating back to the Roman Empire 🏛️, and they continue to be renowned worldwide. The essence of Hamam lies in immersing yourself in local traditions, purifying and rejuvenating both your soul and body.&nbsp;

The magic of Hamam lies in its unique temperature and humidity conditions during bathing. The temperature in Hamam doesn't exceed a comfortable 40-50 degrees Celsius 🌡️. With almost 100% humidity, the detoxifying and cleansing effects of a Turkish bath can be compared to hot Finnish saunas, yet without leaving you feeling exhausted from excessive heat.&nbsp;

The ideal temperature and humidity ratio allow for a full range of cosmetic procedures in a Turkish bath, including various types of massages and comprehensive hair and skin care. The Hamam procedure consists of five steps: warming up the body, a vigorous massage (hard, deep, and relaxing), exfoliation (removing dead skin particles with a special glove for smooth and shiny skin), soaping with a hot soap bar, and a refreshing water pour from a copper bowl, followed by relaxation in a serene room.
